For our Ziggy Stardust and Whole Lotta Love packages, the only consistent fee is your monthly admin fee that covers your monthly meetings, regular communication, project management, and reporting. Outside of that, you get to choose what you say yes to in a month. Some activities are flat rate and some are hourly depending on the scope.

For our Killer Queen package, everything is hourly with no admin cost.

Clients are billed at the end of the month.

– Everything you will get will be high quality — however — there is a benefit to slowing down. For instance, having more time for your brand and design strategy allows for more collaboration with a broader audience which can affect the overall direction of the brand

– You won’t get as many rounds of revisions for your copy or design — time just won’t allow it

Plans change. We get it. Once a project is approved and already in motion, we may not be able to switch tracks without revisiting the scope, timeline, or budget. But if the work hasn’t started yet, we can adjust. And when new needs pop up, we’ll work with the crew to see what’s possible and keep things moving.

Regularly scheduled bi-weekly or monthly calls are set at the beginning of our engagement to discuss projects, performance, and anything else that needs attention. For our Whole Lotta Love clients, we set up custom reporting including UTMs, heat mapping, and other's depending on what your marketing activities are.
