PRE-WORK
Upload any brand assets you may have to our shared drive and answer your pre-VIP Day Questionnaire.
ALIGNMENT CALL
We’ll meet for a 45-minute strategy call before your VIP Day to review your pre-work, align on priorities, and make a game plan.
VIP Day
8 hours of work by your marketing and design experts (aka your Fan Club). During this time, we’ll tackle everything on your priority list that we agreed upon.
Post VIP-Day Support
You get 1 extra hour of edits to use within a week after your VIP Day, plus 30 days of minor bug fixes.

How many VIP Days will you need?
We’re built for speed, but also want you to get the most out of your investment by not selling you less than you need, leaving you with a half-baked project that won’t move the needle.

It’s all about time. We know that time is short, margins are tight, and you need to get business going — yesterday. For those who need to move fast, opting for a VIP day allows you to get things done instantly rather than having to wait.
PROS
– Fast turnaround
– Affordable
– Great for businesses with small (or no) marketing teams
– Great for bootstrapped startups
CONS
– Everything you will get will be high quality — however — there is a benefit to slowing down. For instance, having more time for your brand and design strategy allows for more collaboration with a broader audience which can affect the overall direction of the brand
– You won’t get as many rounds of revisions for your copy or design — time just won’t allow it

We’ve been doing this for a while now and have a good understanding of what is and isn’t possible, but we’re still human. If, for some reason, we underestimate the amount of time that is needed or on the rare occasion that our dog eats one of our computers, we will let you know ASAP.
Most projects are at least 3 days total. If your project needs more days, we’ll discuss it upfront or offer doing any additional work at our hourly rate.

No. There’s no need to put your life on hold during your VIP Day. However, you will want to be in a place where you can answer any questions or give feedback periodically.
For some projects, we may request that you join us for a workshop. IN that case, we will prep you for the workshop and plan it on a day that works best for you.

If there’s time for small changes at the end of the day, we’re more than happy to make those for you.
If you want additional changes after the allotted time:
– If it’s regarding the work we completed during your VIP day, we can make those changes for you at our hourly rate of $125
– If the changes you are asking for are more than small changes, we will have to reconsider the project which could look like another full or half VIP Day.

Absolutely not! We don’t do anything if it’s not to the best of our ability. We’re allergic to half-assed work — no joke.
This is another reason why most projects are a minimum of 3 days. A lot of the clients we work with are looking for a brand and website combo. We know what it takes to make you pop, so we plan for that vs trying to cut corners and squeeze everything into one day.
