With VIP Days, we deliver whatever you need to drive your business forward — in one day — without compromising quality.
How VIP Days Work…
1. PRE-WORK
We’ll need some information in order to execute your project(s) effectively. In your client portal, upload assets and answer your pre-VIP Day questionnaires.
2. ALIGNMENT CALL
We’ll hop on a 45-minute strategy call a few days before your scheduled VIP Day to make sure we’re on the same page, review your pre work, and make a game plan.
3. VIP Day 🤩
8 hours of work x2 by your marketing and design experts (aka your Fan Club). During this time, we’ll tackle everything on your priority list that we agreed upon.
4. THE DAY AFTER +
After our day together, you’ll have 1 extra hour of “fix it” support the following day for any last-minute feedback that kept you up the night before.

Pre-work
We’ll send you to our client guide and give you some “homework” to do based on your priorities.
Alignment Call
We have a 45 min phone call after you complete your homework and before your VIP day to go over your priorities and make sure we’re on the same page about how your VIP day will flow.
9am — We begin working
We start digging in and getting things done!
11am & 2pm — Check-ins
We send you what we’ve done so far to get your feedback and make changes.
5pm — End of our day
We deliver what we have and you get to sleep on it.
One more hour…
You provide feedback to us via Slack, and we’ll spend 1 more hour the next morning making any last tweaks or changes
Delivery
We deliver any files and grant you access to your site. We also will provide a recorded breakdown of our work and any necessary tutorials.
Post VIP Day Support
You have 30 days of Slack support should you have any questions

It’s all about time. We know that time is short, margins are tight, and you need to get business going — yesterday. For those who need to move fast, opting for a VIP day allows you to get things done instantly rather than having to wait.
PROS
– Fast turnaround
– Affordable
– Great for businesses with small (or no) marketing teams
– Great for bootstrapped startups
CONS
– Everything you will get will be high quality — however — there is a benefit to slowing down. For instance, having more time for your brand and design strategy allows for more collaboration with a broader audience which can affect the overall direction of the brand
– You won’t get as many rounds of revisions for your copy or design — time just won’t allow it

We’ve been doing this for a while now and have a good understanding of what is and isn’t possible, but we’re still human. If, for some reason, we underestimate the amount of time that is needed or on the rare occasion that our dog eats one of our computers, we will let you know ASAP.
If your project is too extensive to fit in a VIP Day, you can always hire us for extra VIP Days, a VIP Week, or at our hourly rate.

Nope! You’ll only need to be available for:
– The first Slack check-in at 11 AM
– The second Slack check-in at 2PM
– Make sure to leave your final feedback no later than 8am the following day
*We may also periodically ask you questions via your private Slack channel so please keep notifications on and your eyes peeled 👀

If there’s time for small changes at the end of the day, we’re more than happy to make those for you.
If you want additional changes after the allotted time:
– If it’s regarding the work we completed during your VIP day, we can make those changes for you at our hourly rate of $125
– If the changes you are asking for are more than small changes, we will have to reconsider the project which could look like another VIP Day or a VIP Week.
*We do offer half-days for $1250 if the project doesn’t require a full day

Absolutely not! We don’t do anything if it’s not to the best of our ability. We’re allergic to half-assed work — no joke.
The only thing that you could sacrifice with going for a VIP Day vs. a VIP Week or a custom project is time. The more time we have to solve a problem, the more ways in which we can analyze it from different angles, and the more data we can gather to make our assessments. This primarily affects the brand and design strategy aspects the most — because those require a lot of deep thinking.
However, if you’re a solopreneur or bootstrapped startup, leveraging a VIP Day for your strategy is a great idea. Why? Because your brand will morph more frequently in the early stages of your business as you continue to understand your audience and refine your offerings. You need a positioning strategy and visual brand identity that can keep you afloat for the first few years until you’re ready to take your business to the next level.
For established brands or brands over $1M ARR — we recommend a VIP Week or a custom project.
